Главное преимущество червяка с двойным шагом — после износа зазор можно восстановить осевым смещением. В прошлом месяце мы помогли заказчику позиционирующего оборудования отрегулировать редуктор с 0,12 мм до 0,03 мм; точность восстановилась.
1. Описание проблемы
Оборудование для точного позиционирования; исходный люфт должен был быть в пределах 0,03 мм. Через два года позиционирование ухудшилось, зазор вырос.
При разборке — нормальный износ без серьёзных повреждений. Менять детали не нужно было — достаточно подрегулировать зазор.
2. Процесс регулировки
Шаг 1: измерить текущий зазор. Зафиксировать червяк, установить индикатор на край колеса, покачать червяк — показание и есть люфт. У заказчика 0,12 мм — примерно в четыре раза больше нового.
Шаг 2: ослабить контргайки корпуса подшипников червяка. Не снимать гайки полностью — лишь чтобы можно было сдвинуть червяк по оси.
Шаг 3: лёгкими ударами медной выколотки смещать торец червяка по оси шагами около 0,02 мм.
Шаг 4: после каждого смещения снова измерять. Остановиться около 0,03 мм.
3. Проверки после регулировки
После настройки также проверить:
– Плавный ручной проворот без заеданий
– Пятно контакта в средней зоне фланка
– Неизменность зазора после затяжки гаек
После обкатки точность вернулась к уровню нового оборудования без замены деталей — экономия.
4. Меры предосторожности
Чем меньше — не всегда лучше. Если при 0,03 мм проворот заметно тугой, пережали — чуть отпустить. Слишком малый зазор ухудшает смазку, повышает нагрев и сокращает ресурс.
Червяк и колесо с двойным шагом должны работать комплектом и не взаимозаменяемы. Dezhou Xinmi Machinery обрабатывает такие пары и принимает чертежи или образцы.
