We focus on worm gear pairs for OEM equipment: standard ranges and non-standard builds, including sector (segment) worm gears, large-diameter sets, and dual-lead worms that allow fine backlash adjustment. Sets are machined to drawing, with CNC control of tooth geometry, then supplied as matched wheel-and-worm assemblies ready for your reducer or machine.
Typical material combinations are tin-bronze or aluminum-bronze wheels with hardened steel worms.
