普通蜗杆：齿厚沿轴向不变，左右齿面导程相同。安装后啮合间隙固定，磨损后间隙变大没法调。
双导程蜗杆：左右齿面导程不同，齿厚沿轴向逐渐变化。通过轴向移动蜗杆就能改变啮合间隙，磨损后可以调整回来。
二、性能区别
– 间隙调整：普通蜗杆不可调，双导程可调。
– 使用寿命：双导程磨损后可以调整，寿命长。
– 价格：双导程加工难度大，比普通蜗杆贵 30%-50%。
– 精度：双导程可以做到更小的回程间隙，适合精密定位。

四、注意事项
双导程蜗杆和蜗轮必须配对加工，不能互换。更换时要整套换，不能只换一件。调整间隙时每次移动量要小，不要一次调太多。
