一、油封老化
轴端油封用久了会老化变硬，失去弹性，油从轴和油封之间渗出。处理：更换同型号油封，注意安装方向。
二、透气塞堵塞
运行后箱内温度升高，空气膨胀，压力升高。透气塞堵了，压力把油从密封处压出来。处理：疏通透气塞或更换。
三、油位过高
加油太多，油位超过标准，运行时搅拌发热，油从结合面渗出。处理：放油到标准油位。
四、结合面密封失效
箱体结合面密封胶老化或螺栓松动，油从接缝渗出。处理：拆开清理结合面，重新打密封胶，对角紧固螺栓。
五、预防
定期检查油位、疏通透气塞、发现油封硬化及时更换。不要等漏严重了再处理。
